From the perspective of paper quality characteristics, we would like to give you the following reminders:
In the subsequent processing of paper, for high-temperature drying processes such as lamination and polishing, it is necessary to control the temperature reasonably, dissipate heat in a timely manner, and avoid excessive loss of moisture, which may affect the flexibility of the paper.
1、During the die-cutting process, the width of the die-cutting rule and the fullness of the crease line should be inspected and improved in a timely manner to prevent batch crease line breakage due to die-cutting quality.
2、The products should be stored indoors. After opening the packaging, the time of exposure should be shortened. The temperature and humidity in the printing workshop should be balanced, with the workshop temperature maintained at 15-20℃ and the humidity at 50-60%. For products that need long time to enter the next process, they should be wrapped with PE film.
3、The subsequent processing should be completed within 24 hours. If it cannot be completed within this time, it is recommended to perform humidity adjustment in the subsequent processing workshop. Sprinkle water around the semi-finished products with a humidifier to increase the humidity in the air.
4、If the surface cracking and crease line breakage still occur after taking preventive measures, depending on the grade of the processed product, the crease line breakage area can be appropriately covered with a pen of the same color to improve the overall appearance.
